Your Responsibilities:
Opportunity Scouting & First-Stage Evaluation
- Identify and assess licensing, sourcing, and brand acquisition opportunities across the German and European pharmaceutical market (RX & OTC).
- Conduct structured first-stage evaluations, considering commercial potential, dossier type, regulatory pathways, and product complexity.
- Prioritize opportunities using clear criteria and align them with the global BD strategy.
Commercial Analysis & Business Case Development
- Build robust financial models, including forecasts, margin structures, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning.
- Translate data into actionable insights and prepare decision-ready recommendation papers for senior management and HQ BD.
- Support portfolio planning with market, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
Partner Interaction && Pre-Negotiation Preparation
- Maintain and expand a strong network of suppliers, licensors, consultants, and brand owners.
- Manage early-stage discussions, coordinate information exchange, and prepare negotiation dossiers.
- Work closely with Global BD, providing analytical and commercial input for final negotiations and approval processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Global Alignment
- Operate within Dexcel’s global BD framework, using established HQ methodologies, tools, and governance principles.
- Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, QA, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure complete evaluations and smooth handovers.
- Support due diligence and internal approval processes, ensuring consistency and clarity across stakeholders.
Operational Support (Selective & High-Value))
- Assist with supplier onboarding and early post-deal coordination to ensure a seamless transition from deal signature to operational execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and opportunity tracking to ensure transparency and alignment with global BD processes.
